Yahaya Bello Not In Our Custody-EFCC
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has said that media reports today that a former Governor of Kogi State, Mr. Yahaya Bello is in its holding facility is incorrect.
This was contained in a statement signed by Dele Oyewale, Head, Media & Publicity, dated September 18, 2024.
Bello had already been declared wanted by the Commission for alleged N80.2billion money laundering charges, saying that he remains wanted with a subsisting warrant for his arrest.
