Tribunal Victory; Omofaiye Congratulates Sen. Smart Adeyemi, Kogi West Electorates
The Kogi State Commissioner for Environment, Hon. Victor Adewale Omofaiye has extended his congratulatory message to the senator representing Kogi West, Smart Adeyemi on his well deserved victory earlier today at the Kogi West election petition tribunal.
The Hon. Commissioner who dedicated the victory to the electorates, said democracy has only taken it full strength and should be seen as a victory for the masses.
In his words, “Once again, the Tribunal has affirmed the true position of Kogi West electorates by her judgement, there is no gain saying that Sen. Smart Adeyemi overwhelmingly won the 2019 Nov. 16th and 30th Election, today’s judgment is just an affirmation of the people’s will at the polls”.
While urging the people of Kogi West not to relent in their support for the APC, Omofaiye expressed confidence that Sen. Adeyemi will continue to deliver quality representation to the people.
