Sotitobire: Appeal Court reserves judgment in missing child case
The Court of Appeal sitting in Akure, the Ondo State capital, on Tuesday reserved judgment in the appeal filed by the embattled founder of Sotitobire Praising Chapel Akure, Prophet Babatunde Alfa.
Prophet Alfa prayed the Court to set aside judgment of the Ondo State High Court which handed him a life imprisonment over the disappearance of the one-year-old Gold Kolawole in his Church in 2019.
The presiding Justice, Rita Nosakhare Pemu after listening to all the arguments of both parties reserved judgment to a date that would be communicated to all parties.
