Solomon to Nigerians: You Won’t Regret Your Choice of Tinubu
Director-General of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Campaign Council in Lagos State, Senator Ganiyu Olanrewaju Solomon, yesterday, joined millions of people around the world to congratulate President-elect Bola Tinubu, saying Nigerians have made a choice they would never regret, because Tinubu would deliver as promised and as well write his name in gold.
Solomon, who further thanked the Nigerian people for coming out en mass, irrespective of their creed, religions and political leanings to choose a leader for the progress of the country, acknowledged that, Tinubu fought a good fight and God crowned his effort, because he truly deserved the victory.
The former senator for Lagos West, however, commended the team spirit of the APC family, both at the national and states levels, saying, “Everyone deserves a pat on the back for this outstanding showing, despite some ugly twist in the mix.
“But, it is not uhuru yet. We have to go back to our various localities and deliver the APC on Saturday, March 11, when the governorship polls are scheduled to be held. That is when we can truly say, ‘it is done’ as far as 2023 general election is concerned.”
