This was contained in a statement issued by the Chief Press Secretary to the state government, Kunle Somorin.

Sources disclosed that Ibeseland was thrown into jubilation, joy and fanfare, when the news of Mulero’s confirmation got to the town as the people had been waiting for the government to fill the vacant Aboro stool years after the demise of the immediate past royal father of the town.

The new Oba-elect of the town, who hails from Omiyale, Olokoyobi and Oloko ruling Houses of Ibese struggled for the Aboro stool with four other contenders.

Prince Mulero later gained admissions to study Business Administration at the University of Lagos.

Reacting to his appointment, the Aboro-elect thanked the state government and appealed to the sons and daughters of Ibeseland to join hands with him to make the town a pride of Yewaland.
