Police gets new female AIG, Aisha Baju
CP Aisha Baju, from Taraba State, was on Thursday promoted to the rank of Assistant Inspector General of Police(AIG).
Until her promotion, she was the commissioner of Police, and Head of Nigerian Police Force Animal Branch, Abuja.
Aisha Abubakar Baju was born in 1971 and she joined the Nigerian police force in 1995. She studied at Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria from 1987 to 1994 graduating with a degree in veterinary medicine (DVN).
She bagged her PHD, from the University of Plymouth in 2007.She joined the Nigeria Police Force as an ASP, after her service year in 1995 and was promoted to the rank of commissioner of police in 2016.
