Olugbo Of Ugbo, Ondo, Debunks Death Rumour …Says I’m Alive!

Oba Fredrick Akinruntan, the Olugbo of Ugbo kingdom in Ondo State, has debunked the rumour doing the rounds about his death.
The reaction of Oba Akinruntan, who is on vacation outside the country, was articulated by his lawyer, Chief Sola Ebiseni,.
Ebiseni quoted the monarch to have assured that he was in good health.
He noted that he received numerous calls from concerned individuals following reports of his death.
The traditional ruler described the false news as a sign of longevity in Yoruba culture and confirmed that he would return home soon.
His son, Prince Akinfemiwa Akinruntan, also reassured the public that the monarch was well and urged people to stop spreading false information.
