Obidients And Atikulates, How Market?

Farooq Kperogi just wrote what turned out to be a quite perplexing (and rather childish) article on Atiku Abubarkar’s imbecilic and totally fruitless frolic to Chicago.

Professor Kperogi’s piece is profusely speculative and shockingly conjectural with absolutely no proofs, whatever, to back his surprisingly outlandish conclusions, wherein he most irresponsibly theorizes from foreign soil that the President of his own country forged documents.

I would say it is a grand disgrace for an academic to miniaturize into a junk journalist, in short, a pathetic excuse for a columnist.

In any case, even going by Kperogi’s own sensationalist narrative, for Chicago State University, CSU, to have allowed someone who presented transcripts, which, on their face, supposedly belonged to a woman to nevertheless take entrance exams, study in their university, and, graduate as a man, it is more reasonable to conclude that this is because CSU, itself, discovered that there was a typographical error on that document as to gender, rather than that President Bola Tinubu forged the documents.

Professor Kperogi, who should be sensible enough to realize that CSU admitted Bola Tinubu as a student on the basis of their entrance exam and not upon any school certificate from Nigeria, is a Nigerian like me.

Nevertheless, I have discovered something rather interesting (actually quite controversial) about my fellow countryman, Mr Kperogi: the adversaries of his ancestors allege he is not from Nigeria but actually from Benin Republic.

Come to think of it, Mr Kperogi has a name I’ve never heard before in Nigeria and precisely because I DON’T know absolutely every personal or family name in Nigeria (nor in Benin Republic, for that matter) I’m rather inclined to believe he’s actually some Beninoise impersonating a Nigerian!

Now, how is that for a lecture for Mr Lecturer?

In law, we resolve absence of proof in favour of the person who would be adversely affected or howsoever undone, if we were to do otherwise, rather than idiotically, indeed, satanically relying on NO PROOF as “proof” against that person, as Kperogi has done.

What is germane is that our President graduated from Chicago State University and Chicago State University says he graduated from there.

If I cared to advise those Peter Obi has loaded like cattle into his “One Chance Bus” and is furiously driving toward only God knows what fate at Oji River, or to the few still trapped in Atiku Abubarkar’s very opaque web of utter darkness, I would assure them that whatever Bola Tinubu has, has been given to him from above, therefore, they truly belong to him and cannot be taken away from him; certainly not by a pathologically lying petty trader from Agulu or some absolutely obnoxious Cameroonian indigene of Dubai, desperate to steal the Presidency of a country he clearly neither loves nor even comes from.

This case is closed.
