Kolawole Fagboun Appointed Ogun State New Head Of Service
The Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun has appointed Mr Kolawole Peter as the Head of the Ogun State civil Service.
According to a statement issued by Mr Tokunboh Talabi, the Secretary to the State Government, Mr Fagboun succeeds Dr. Nofiu Aigoro, who retired from the service last week.
The statement added that the appointment of Fagboun takes immediate effect.
Mr Fagboun is the winner of 2007 merit award in the Ogun State Public Service.
Before his new appointment, Mr Fagboun was the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs and he has worked in the same position in different ministries including Bureau of Cabinet, Special Services among others.
Fagboun was born on April 10, 1964 and he hails from Ilaro in Yewa South Local Government Area of Ogun state.
He is a holder of Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science Degrees in Political Science and International Relations and Personnel Management from both the University of Benin and the University of Lagos.
He has attended several local and international training programmes.
