Kim Kardashian celebrated a social media milestone on Wednesday by posting a pair of grainy selfies.

The 34-year-old reality star shared a digital self portrait of herself wearing a plunging halter top and a sly smile for the camera.

’45 million Instagram followers!!!!! I love you guys!!!!!,’ she wrote in the caption.

Kim last month became the most followed person on the picture sharing app when she passed Beyonce, 33, to reach the 44 million threshold.

Taylor Swift, 25, has been coming on strong recently and now holds down the number two spot with 44.7 million.

Beyonce has dropped down to third place with 44.6 million followers.

It was only in February of this year that Kim celebrated hitting the 27 million milestone, meaning she has packed on 18 million followers in the space of seven months.

Kim typically posts racy snaps when she hits a milestone.

She rewarded those first 27 million followers back in February with her infamous ‘belfie’ shot.

How did she do it? One of the reasons may be the racy pics she posts when she hits a milestone, including this one she treated her fans to after hitting 42 million mark
