Kidnapped Kaduna Village Head Found Dead in Bush

The decomposed body of Yuda Garba, the Village Head of Dagachi Hamlet, who was kidnapped on March 11, has been discovered in a bush near Takula, Kagarko Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

Intelligence sources told Zagazola Makama that the villagers alerted authorities to the presence of a body in the Nomadic Forest near Kuyeri, on the border between Kaduna and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

Security personnel were swiftly deployed to the scene alongside community members, where relatives identified the remains as those of the abducted village head.

The security forced have intensified efforts to locate and rescue other victims who were kidnapped during the same attack.

Authorities reassured residents that ongoing investigations aim to track down the perpetrators and bring them to justice.
