JUST IN: FEC Approves Completion Of Oyo-Ogbomosho Road

The Federal Executive Council on Wednesday approved the Revised Estimated Total Cost, RETC, for the completion of the Oyo Ogbomosho road.

The decision of the FEC was announced in a tweet by the Minister of Youth and Sports, Sunday Dare.

Recall that the contract for the construction of  the road was initially awarded 10 years ago.

“Today, FEC approved the Revised Estimated Total Cost, RETC, for the completion of the Oyo-Ogbomoso road. The inherited contract was started 10 years ago and has become a death trap killing many of our students.

“Many thanks to President Muhammadu Buhari for approving the funds,” the Minister wrote.
