Says ‘Im Vessel Unto Honour’

“They say, thus saith the Lord, it’s going to rain in June. We all know there’s going to be rain in June. All manners of guesswork, here and there”

General Overseer of the Redemeed Christian Church of God, RCCG, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has declared that he does not belong to the class of prophets who prophecies all kinds of Jokes.

Speaking at the Thanksgiving Service held at Ebute Metta, Yaba, with the title ‘Vessels unto honour,’ he also added that the Nigerian armed forces and other paramilitary agencies deserve our prayers for their sacrifices.

Adeboye said; “When God touches you, you get a strength that no one can explain. If you are a vessel unto honour, God touches you constantly. When you are a vessel unto honour in the hands of God, you hear conversation from heaven. Some of these conversations, you can’t really share.

“I don’t belong to the class of those prophets who prophecies all kinds of jokes. They say, thus saith the Lord, it’s going to rain in June. We all know there’s going to be rain in June. All manners of guesswork, here and there. I’m not a prophet, I’m a vessel unto honour.

“When you get a kiss from God, whatever you say is done. If you want to be a vessel unto honour, you must be Obidient. God expects every vessel unto honour to be hundred per cent surrendered to Him.”

Adeboye however, commended the Nigerian armed forces and other paramilitary agencies for its sacrifices to keep the country together.

He said it’s by the grace of God that Nigeria is burning today.
