Guber Poll: Bayelsa State APC Throws Weight Behind David Lyon
The Bayelsa State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has thrown its weight behind Chief David Lyon; former Governor-Elect in the November 2019 Governorship Election in the state, who served as the Deputy Director of Contact and Mobilization Directorate, South- South of the APC Presidential Campaign Council (APC-PCC).
This decision was taken at the Bayelsa State APC Secretariat during the Ward Congress organised to elect Local Government Delegates in the state.
One of the messages of the supporters read, “Chief David Lyon; Our Hope for Total Development in Bayelsa State; For Better Bayelsa.”
However, the process is ongoing and the members of the party have gone to their various Local Government Areas, Wards and Communities for the exercise with a promise to ensure that David Lyon emerges as the candidate of the party for the election.
