DAWN Commission Director General, Dipo Famakinwa, Is Dead
The Director General of the Development Agenda for Western Nigeria, DAWN, Commission, Dipo Famakinwa, is dead.
Multiple sources close to Mr. Famakinwa confirmed his death to PREMIUM TIMES on Friday morning.
Mr. Famakinwa’s organization was responsible for designing and implementing the blueprint for better integration and governance of the six south-western states.
Mr. Famakinwa died in a Lagos hospital on the eve of planned evacuation for medical treatment abroad.
