Dapo Abiodun’s Media Consultant, Ifekayode Akinbode Congratulates Him on His Emergence As APC Candidate For 2023 Elections

The Consultant on Media and a spokesman for Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun (MFR), Mr. Ifekayode Akinbode has congratulated the Governor on his emergence as the Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the state.

Akinbode said in a statement, which he personal signed, dated May 27, 2022, and which was made available to the media, that the victory was well deserved, adding that the Governor has done well for the people.

The media consultant to the Governor, who said he was proud to be part of such “an achieving government that has turned things around in the state,” stressed that Ogun State is now wearing a new look with Prince Dapo Abiodun in the saddle.

“Governor Dapo Abiodun has embarked on massive infrastructure in the state, he has improved agriculture, education has not been left behind as many public schools have been repaired.

“The just constructed Adigbe Road in Abeokuta, the roads in Ota and other parts of Yewaland, the ones in Ogun East and other parts of the state show that we have a progressive Governor.

“The Governor rehabilitated primary healthcare centers in all the over 200 wards in the state, rehabilitated public primary and secondary schools, bought public buses and pay salaries of workers regularly.

“What of the housing projects of the state government in different parts of the state. Moreso, the pensioners are paid regularly in the state.

“The way the Governor fought COVID-19 to prevent its spread in the state is the best in the country and he was able to prevent End-SARS violence that took many parts of the country like a storm in October, 2020 from spreading to the state,” he said.

Akinbode stressed that the good works of Prince Dapo Abiodun are too numerous to mention and that more should be expected in the second term of the Governor, who he described as “a servant leader, selfless Nigerian, who has shown that he is a round peg in a round hole.”

The Consultant to the Governor emphasised that a vote for Governor Dapo Abiodun for second term in 2023 is a vote for success and a winning team, saying that the Governor is an expert in scouting for the best hands to work with to move the state forward at this critical time.

“We should not forget how the state was, when the Governor took over in 2019, now everything is better as the Governor has been concentrating on projects that affect the lives of the people directly unlike the white elephant projects of the past government.

“This is the best of times for Ogun State and we will not allow this opportunity to slip us by. Let us rise up to work with a man with a good heart to move our state forward.

“Governor Dapo Abiodun is God -sent to Ogun State and we wish him well in his journey of seeking a second term to make our state the best in Nigeria and the leading light for others. Congratulations sir,” he said.
