Sanwo-Olu, Hamzat Temitope, Others Condole With Family Of Toba Oke Over Death

The Executive Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu and his Deputy, Obafemi Hazmat have expressed their heartfelt condolences to the family of the late former Chairman Ifako -Ijaiye Local Government, Apostle Oloruntoba Adetunji Oke, who died on Sunday February 9, 2025.
Their messages were conveyed through their wives; Cordelia Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu and Mrs Oluremi Hazmat,who visited the Ifako -Ijaiye residence of the Okes on Tuesday 11, February 2025 to condole with the family over the loss.
Speaking during the visit, Sanwo-Olu’s wife described Apostle Oke as a forthright person, a true democrat, who she said dedicated his life to serve his people in Ifako -Ijaiye and beyond.
She however, prayed to God to repose his soul and guide the families he left behind.
Also Hazmat’s wife described the deceased as a Godly person, who was ready to serve at all times.
Other mourners, who visited the family of the late politician are Hon.Temitope Adewale, Majority Leader, Lagos State House of Assembly, Special Adviser to the Lagos State Government on Works, Saliu Adeyinka Olayinka, representatives of the C&S Movement, Ayo Ni O and others.
