Temitope Ajayi Replies Rufai Oseni Over Call For The Sack Of All Tinubu’s Speech Writers
The Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Media and Publicity, Temitope Ajayi has reacted after Arise TV broadcaster, Rufai Oseni called for the sack of all the speech writers of the President.
According to Rufai Oseni, they must be sacked because Tinubu failed to cultivate the 500k hectares of land that he spoke about last year.
Here is what Rufai Oseni wrote on his page;
“President Tinubu’s speech writers must be sacked. He said he will cultivate 500k hectares last year but he failed. This year, he has said he will cultivate 10m hectares”.
Temitope Ajayi then stated that the President didn’t fail. He said in five states, more than 500k hectares have been cultivated. He said there is almost no state at the moment that is not working on agriculture.
He wrote;
“Who said he failed on the 500k hectares?More than 500k hectares have been cultivated in at least five states. Jigawa and Kebbi alone have done 300k out of the 500,000 for dry season farming. There is almost no state at the moment that is not working on agriculture. Niger state is currently working on 1million hectares. He was clear in his broadcast speech, he didn’t speak amiss”.
