New Aseyin Of Iseyin Set To Marry Second Wife Ahead Of Installation

The  Aseyin of Iseyin, Oyo State, HRM Oba Sefiu Olawale Oyebola is set to marry a second wife ahead of his official installation.

The new bride, Maryam Omoronke Abike, will be joined to Oba Oyebola on Thursday at a planned Nikkah in Lagos.
First Weekly Magazine got hints of the wedding plans on Monday throuy a source in the palace, who revealed that arrangements have been concluded for the event.
The source added that the new bride will be taken to the palace upon arrival in Iseyin to meet the Oba on Thursday  after which a befitting party will follow.
The new Olori is said to be an indigene of Osogbo in Osun State, but it was gathered that her parents live in Oyo town.
The source, who begged for anonymity, said that the monarch wanted to balance between the two main religions of are Christianity and Islam in his choice of wives l.
”The marriage is all about affection, love and procreation, but most importantly, the king is seen as a father to all religions. So, since he already has a wife who is a Christian, it is explainable that he wants to have a Muslim wife too,” our source revealed.
Meanwhile the coronation of Oba Olawale was reportedly approved by Governor Seyi Makinde last week Thursday and the installation ceremony is billed for November.
