Ed -el Kabir: APC Chieftain greets Muslims, urges ceaseless prayer for Akeredolu
A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Ondo State, Hon Femi Adekanmbi has , has felicitated Muslim faithfuls on this year’s Eid-el Adha urging them uphold their obedience to Allah in the spirit of forgiveness for one another.
In a statement signed by him on Wednesday in Abuja, he implored muslims ummah to uphold the spirit of love, peace and charity.
He charged Muslims “ to expand the spiritual benefits of the big Salah by ensuring a world of peaceful co-existence devoid of violence”, as they celebrate this year Eid- el- Kabir.
“It is my prayer that the celebration of Salah this year would mark a positive turn around in the lives of Nigerians and Ondo State in particular”
“I urge the people of Ondo State to continue to pray for the speedy recovery of the Governor of the State, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, who is on medical leave abroad”, Adekanmbi said.
Adekanmbi, a former Commissioner for Special Duties, Culture and Tourism in the State, noted that Nigeria “ll start experiencing a positive turn around with President Bola Tinubu in the saddle.
