Gbenga Islander’s Mother Dies At 74
Top socialite and city businessman, Gbenga Akinbobola popularly known as Islander is bereaved at the moment.
The big boy behind upscale Islander”s Lounge Opebi Lagos has been in a pensive mood following the death of his dear mother who transited to the great beyond on Christmas Day, the 25th of December 2022.
The late Deaconess Bosede Oladapo Akinbobola who lived her life in the service of winning souls for Christ coincidentally died on a day that her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ that she served till her death, was born at the age of 74 years.
Already, friends and associates of Gbenga have been trooping into his home and office to commiserate with him and know his plans to give his mum a befitting burial.
Many surely know that nothing will be spared by the big spender Gbenga in giving his departed mum the last respect.
His family,close friends and associates are presently working round the clock to chose a date for the burial of one of the pillars of Christ Apostolic Church,Idi-Araba where she worshipped till she breathed her last breath.
Deaconess Akinbobola was born on the 24th of October 1948, to Kinoshi family in Abeokuta, Ogun state South-West,Nigeria
