BREAKING: KWASU VC, Prof Akanbi Is Dead
The Vice Chancellor of Kwara State University, Malete has been reliably confirmed dead.
The Janaza prayer for the repose of Professor Muhammed Mustapha Olarongbe Akanbi SAN will hold today Monday (November 21, 2022) at Justice Mustapha Akanbi’s residence, N6 Agbadam Street off Ahmadu Way, GRA Ilorin, by 4 pm prompt.
Professor Akanbi, who was until his death the Vice Chancellor of the Kwara State University (KWASU), died at a hospital in Lagos on Sunday (November 20, 2022) after a brief illness.
Aged 51, he is survived by wife and children.
May Allah (SWT) forgive his shortcomings and grant him eternal rest, Aameen.
