I Will Salvage What APC Has Destroyed In Seven Years –Dumebi Kachiukwu, Presidential Candidate

Following his emergence as the winner of the ADC presidential primary held at the Obasanjo presidential library Abeokuta, where he defeated a former CBN Deputy Governor and seven other aspirants, Dr Dumebi Kachiukwu has vowed to salvage what he said the rulingAll Progressives Congress (APC) destroyed in the last seven years.

Kachiukwu stated this, while delivering his acceptance speech shortly after he was elected as the party’s flagbearer at the convention.

He stated that 20 areas have been identified that would make substantial differences in the lives of Nigerians, adding that he would run an all-inclusive government and attract the best brains in different spheres of human endeavour to make the country grow.

The Delta State-born media guru and successful entrepreneur, who owns the Roots Television also promised equal opportunities for men and women, noting that security of Nigerians would top his priority list.

While announcing the results of the presidential primary, the returning officer and the Convention Committee Chairman, General (retd.) Ekundayo Opaleye enjoined other aspirants to rally round the winner of the primary in order to win the forthcoming general election.
