Folashade Joseph For Omo Atata Hall Of Fame

The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Agricultural Insurance Corporation (NAIC), Madam Folashade Joseph, will June 18, join 10 others in OMO ATATA HALL OF FAME, as the Ekinrin-Adde, Community Development Association bestows on her, the highest Community honour during it’s 27th Annual Cultural Day, schedule for 18/19 June, 2021.

OMO ATATA HALL OF FAME is a great honour reserved for sons and daughters that have done the community proud in their various fields of endeavor.

Folashade M. Joseph is a graduate of the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria where she obtained her B.Sc. degree in Accounting in 1983 and she also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Nassarawa State University Keffi. She was in the employment of Exxon Mobil Plc, where she served meritoriously from 1985 to 2001, giving remarkable accounts of herself through sterling leadership qualities imbued with dedication, discipline and charisma.

Her unique managerial skills saw her through different positions in many departments of the Exxon Mobil Plc at different times. Due to the need to hone her experience along her dynamic schedules in Exxon Mobil and afterwards, she attended many courses both at home and abroad, as a result of which she has built a repertoire of knowledge across several segments of the national economy, including Telecommunications, Insurance, Engineering and International Procurement.

She has held many leadership positions and received several awards including being:

Her vision for the Corporation is that of a highly professional customer-focused institution that deploys innovation, drive and integrity to provide unique services on Agro and General Insurance that would give clients value for their patronage, thereby earning strong customer loyalty for current and future investments.

Folashade Joseph was married to late Engineer Charles A. Joseph and the union is blessed with wonderful children.
