Viewers, Celebrity Contestant To Win Fabulous Prizes As CCBNaija Goes On Air

Several television viewers and celebrities would be handsomely rewarded in a 10-week show tagged; “Celebrity ComeBuild” (CCBNaija) featuring 12 celebrity contestants chosen from across African countries.

The organisers and Executive Producers/Financiers of the show are Messrs: ULDA Media Ltd, while OJIS Media Ltd is the producer.

Every week, one or more viewers would win building materials or valuable construction professional consultancy as products/service of the sponsors and advertisers of the programme.

It was revealed by the organisers that one of the highest voting viewers during the 12-week show will, through a transparent balloting system, win one of the two 3-bedroom bungalows to be built on the show.

The winner from the 12 contestants will get 120 million Naira cash prize with a 5-bedroom duplex including other consolation prizes.

According to a statement from the organisers of
CCBNaija these lucky contestants would be divided into two separate teams and challenged with the daunting task of building from the foundation to the roof, including furnishing a three-bedroom apartment.

However, the show combines education with entertainment as viewers stand to learn the skill of constructing a whole building from foundation to completion.

The reality TV show; on the one hand is pure entertainment typical of reality TV shows (competitiveness, anxiety, friendship, betrayal, flirtation, anger, frustration, etc) and on the other hand it’ll subliminally or subconsciously demystify the building/homeownership process to an average low- and middle-income earning viewer and glamourise the acquisition of building and construction skills amongst the youths (whilst also making skills upgrade appealing to practising artisans).

The show was specifically packaged to expose the viewers to skills of constructing befitting buildings that will stand the test of time.
