Supreme Court Justice, Nwali Sylvester Ngwuta dies in his sleep, days to retirement
Tragedy has hit the Supreme Court of Nigeria as one of its Justices, Sy?vester Nwali Ngwuta passed on this morning in Abuja.
Sources at the apex court confirmed that Justice Ngwuta died in the early hours of Sunday in his sleep.
He was said to have passed away in his sleep at his official residence in Abuja at the age of almost seventy years.
Justice Ngwuta was said to be getting set for his retirement from the Supreme Court on 30th March, 2021 upon attainment of 70 years mandatory retirement age.
