Hackers breach Edo first lady’s Facebook account
The Edo State first lady, Mrs. Betsy Obaseki, on Thursday evening said that her Facebook handle has been breached by criminals, warning against engaging or responding to solicitations from the account.
In a statement, Mrs. Obaseki said security agencies are on the trail of the hackers and that those behind the attack would be brought to book and prosecuted according to the extant laws of the land.
She noted, “This is to inform the general public that the Facebook account of the Edo State first lady, Mrs. Betsy Obaseki has been breached by criminals.” “While efforts are ongoing to recover the account” she added.
