Teach Students Value of Honesty, Contentment – ICPC Kano Command.

State Commissioner, Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences (ICPC) Zayyanu Almu Dan-Musa has enjoined teachers to shape their pupils mind towards imbibing the culture of honesty, integrity and contentment.

Dan-Musa made the assertion while briefing newsmen at 2-Day Teacher Training on The National Values Curriculum (NVC) organised by ICPC in Kano.

He added that “valuing education is a very important concept to the Commission as every stride are been making to get children at a very young age and impress them with the urgent need to imbibe the positive values”

Dan-Musa reiterated that Teachers are among the Commission partners over the years, adding that there is good hope of having greater Interaction with parents and other stakeholders to ensure that youth minds are furnished with positive values.

In his remark, Chairman State Universal Basic Education Boards, Kano State Danlami Haiyo said the 2-day training organised by ICPC is timely and is another avenue whereby teachers will compliments anti-graft agencies to shape the pupil’s minds in knowing the value honesty and contentment in life because they are regarded as leaders of tomorrow.

The 2-day training organised by ICPC with collaboration with Youth Alive Foundation is been conducted simultaneously in Lagos, the Kano States as well as the FCT.
