2023 Shall Be Year Of Progress For Nigeria-Pastor John Desmond
The Leader of Young Professionals of Nigeria, Pastor John Desmond, has said that 2023 shall be a year of progress for the country.
Speaking during a thanksgiving service in Abuja on Sunday, Pastor Desmond thanked God for all that He has done for keeping Nigeria and Nigerians alive.
The cleric said that the challenges of 2022 have prepared the nation for a better journey in 2023, saying that Nigeria as a nation has passed through many hurdles in the past, but that the New Year is offering the nation a renewed hope for the future.
He enjoined Nigerians to strongly believe God for a better nation.
On the political emancipation for 2023, he called on Nigerians to collect their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) and get ready to vote a man with a foundational, visible and evident track records of development.
He stressed that Nigerians should look at the personality of the Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2023 general elections.
Pastor Desmond described Asiwaju Tinubu as the only man, who created political stability and continuity that he said have led to development in Lagos State.
He said that Nigeria will enjoy rapid development under the leadership of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
He then called all Nigerians to shun politics of ethnicity and bitterness and embrace unity for the development of the country.
He thanked men the Nigerian armed forces for their sacrifice for the peace of the country and urged the youths to get involved in national discourse.
